What is Anti-Impulse Wishlist?
Anti-Impulse Wishlist is a mindful shopping companion that helps you pause
before you buy. Instead of purchasing on impulse, you add items to a cooling
list and wait a set number of days. When the timer expires you decide — keep
wanting it, or let it go. Over time the app shows you how much money you’ve
saved and how many impulse buys you avoided.
Core features
- Add items — capture a product name, price, optional URL, and a trigger
tag (e.g. “boredom”, “FOMO”) to understand your spending triggers.
- Cooling countdown — each item has a user-defined cooling period (1–30 days).
A notification fires when an item is ready to review.
- Decision moment — dismiss the item (count it as a save) or keep it in
your list.
- Progress dashboard — track total dismissed, total saved, money saved,
current streak, and rank milestones.
- Library — browse your full history of kept and dismissed items, with
swipe-to-dismiss support.
- Zen mode — a distraction-free view when you just need a moment.
- Analytics report — see spending trigger breakdowns and personal patterns
over time.
- Confetti milestones — reduced-motion-aware celebrations at key savings
thresholds.
Privacy at a glance
- All wishlist data stays on your device — nothing is synced to a server.
- No ads. No advertising identifiers. No data sold.
