Just Wait

By downloading or using the Just Wait application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Just Wait is a personal productivity tool that helps you practice intentional shopping by introducing a cool-down period before making purchases. The App operates entirely on-device and does not require account creation, internet connectivity, or backend services to function.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All content, design, code, and trademarks within the App are owned by Egy Adhitama and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
All data you enter into the App (item names, prices, notes, URLs) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of this data. We do not access, transmit, or use your data in any way.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information that you would not want stored on your device.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The savings figures shown in the App are based solely on prices you enter and items you mark as “dropped.” They are for motivational purposes only and do not represent actual financial advice or guaranteed savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the App is free, this effectively limits our liability to zero for most claims.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egy Adhitama from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you under Section 4 will immediately cease.
