By downloading or using Budgetn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Budgetn on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may use Budgetn to track your personal spending and manage your personal budget. You may not:
Budgetn is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your finances.
Budgetn offers an optional premium upgrade (“Budgetn Premium”) available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
Billing. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective payment terms. We use RevenueCat to verify entitlements and manage subscription status on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to RevenueCat’s Terms of Service at https://www.revenuecat.com/terms.
Free trial. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription price will be charged to your account at the end of the trial.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or Google Play account settings at any time.
Refunds. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We are unable to process refunds on their behalf. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
Lifetime purchase. The one-time lifetime purchase grants access to Budgetn Premium features for as long as the app is available on your device. It does not expire, is not subject to auto-renewal, and is not transferable between platforms (iOS and Android are separate purchases).
Feature availability. We may add, modify, or remove individual Premium features over time. We will not remove core Premium functionality without reasonable notice.
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All budgeting data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. Purchase and subscription records are maintained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat independently of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
